Fabric banners are printed on our Banner Soft Fabric. We use a direct dye sublimation printing process - this means that the ink goes through the fabrics instead of just going on top of the fabric. You can add full-color images, custom logos, custom graphics and text on your fabric banner!

All of our fabric banners are U.S. made and fire rated. We can print up to 58" wide without having seams. Fabric banners have a higher end look and feel than the 13 oz vinyl banners. The fabric banners work well for trade show backgrounds, backdrops for photo shoots, in-store displays and in front lobbies to welcome guests.

Fabric Banner Material

Fabric Banners are printed on our Banner Soft Fabric or our Satin Fabric. We use a direct dye sublimation printing process - this means that the ink goes through the fabrics instead of just going on top of the fabric. Fabric Banners are printed in full color. 

Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.

Fabric banners are printed on a variety of different materials:

  • Banner Soft - Used for banners and backdrops
    • Most common fabric banner material
    • Material has a low shine
    • Thicker than Satin Fabric
    • Material is fire rated (NFPA-701 certified)

Pole Pockets

By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2" or 3". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

Artwork Proofs and Approvals

There are now three ways to order fabric banners online:

  1. Pick a Template
  2. Upload a File
  3. Let us Design

When you pick a template or upload a file, you can have your order go straight to production, or you can request to have a customer service representative send you a proof of your order. The let us design option will automatically have a proof sent to you for approval.

The proof will include all the information about your order, including artwork, pricing, finishing options, and shipping information. You must approve this proof before your order will go into production. Your credit card will only be charged after you approve your order.

Production Time Tables

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

 

2 Business Day Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

Shipping

This product is made in our Minnesota Facility ONLY.

We ship all of our products using UPS. The shipping cost is determined using the weight of the package and the shipping method that you select.

We also offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping will add an additional 1 - 3 days depending on where the package is being shipped to. Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

*During peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two depending on production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. Please order early and discuss your particular needs with our customer service representatives so we can meet your individual requirements.

Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers.
