Double Sided Pole Banner Material
Double Sided Pole Banners are digitally printed in full color.
13 oz Vinyl Banner Material
The standard material is 13 oz scrim vinyl. The scrim vinyl is a woven vinyl fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength. The material is rated for indoor and outdoor use.

- The banners are printed double sided with pole pockets at the top and bottom
- You can select no grommets, or have grommets put in all four corners below the pole pockets
- The max print size is 36" wide by 72" in length

Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.
All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.
Double Sided Pole Banner Production Times
All production times start after your order has been approved and payment has been received.
- Qty 1 - 20 Banners: 2 day production time
- Qty 21 - 50 Banners: 3 day production time
- Qty 51 - 100 Banners: 4 day production time
- Qty 100+ Banners: 5 day production time
Large quantity orders may require more time in production. Please contact a customer service representative for a custom production quote for large quantity orders.
All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your order will not be put into production until your credit card is approved.

This Product is made in our Minnesota Facility ONLY.
All of our banners are guaranteed for quality and to be shipped on time. All banners ship UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We also offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping will add an additional 1 - 3 days depending on where the package is being shipped to. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Our Standard Bracket System is used indoors or outdoors. It is more commonly used for short-term events where banners are switched out often. The arm brackets are stationary and are not designed to flex.
Wind Deflecting Hardware:
Our Wind Deflecting Bracket System is the best choice for long-term outdoor applications. Arms and springs of brackets are engineered to properly disperse wind load by flexing with strong winds. It is worth the extra cost of this bracket to increase the longevity of your banner.
