Double-sided pole banners are printed on a high quality 13 oz vinyl banner material. We print two separate banners and hem them together so the print shows on both sides. There are pole pockets at the top of the banner and at the bottom of the banner.

Pole banners are mainly used for cities and schools to welcome people to the town or university. They can also be used for holiday or seasonal events.

Double Sided Pole Banner Material

Double Sided Pole Banners are digitally printed in full color. 

13 oz Vinyl Banner Material

The standard material is 13 oz scrim vinyl. The scrim vinyl is a woven vinyl fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength. The material is rated for indoor and outdoor use.

** Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application. **

Finishing Options

  • The banners are printed double sided with pole pockets at the top and bottom
  • You can select no grommets, or have grommets put in all four corners below the pole pockets
  • The max print size is 36" wide by 72" in length

Artwork Specs

Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your order will not be put into production until your credit card is approved.

Shipping Information

This product is made in our Minnesota facility ONLY.

All of our banners are guaranteed for quality and to be shipped on time. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

We also offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping will add an additional 1 - 3 days depending on where the package is being shipped to. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Economy (5-10 Business Days)
  • Standard (3-5 Business Days)
  • Three Day (3 Business Days)
  • Two Day (2 Business Days)

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. Pole banners are intended to be used with adjustable hardware. Most commercial banner hardware is adjustable and we do not recommend our product to be used with any non-adjustable/stationary hardware and we will not be held liable if your product doesn't fit. During the printing process, the banners are heated and cooled which may cause the material to expand or shrink, thus we cannot guarantee an exact fit.

Our Standard Bracket System is used indoors or outdoors. It is more commonly used for short-term events where banners are switched out often. The arm brackets are stationary and are not designed to flex.
