Fabric Flag Material
Fabric Flags are printed on our Flag Fabric. We use a direct dye sublimation printing process - this means that the ink penetrates through the fabrics instead of just going on top of the fabric. You can add full-color images, custom logos, graphics and text to your flag.
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.
What is the expected lifespan of your Flags?
Our Flags have an estimated lifespan of 3 to 6 months of continuous outdoor use.
Do your Flags come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer an prorated monthly basis for our Flags.
For example, a prorated Flag that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new Flag.

Our flag material is lightweight and is rated for 3-6 months when used continuously outdoors.
- Single/Reverse - These flags are printed on flag fabric and are single layer. This permits the ink to penetrate the back, causing the image to be in reverse. Meaning the image on the back of the flag will read backward.
- Double-Sided - These flags are printed on flag fabric. Every double sided flag ordered there are two flags printed and then sewn together with a blockout liner between. Any wording and/ or images will be seen the correct way.
**Our fabric flags are a polyester-nylon blend - they are NOT the same material as a standard US flag**
Fabric Flag Finishing Options:
Flags are finished with a canvas header with two grommets.
Common Flag Sizes:
- 4 ft x 2 ft
- 5 ft x 3 ft
- 6 ft x 4 ft
- Custom sizing is available (58" max print width)
Any flag made for outdoor use will typically last 3-6 months

Let us Design
When you pick a template or upload a file, you can have your order go straight to production, or you can request to have a customer service representative send you a proof of your order. The let us design option will automatically have a proof sent to you for approval.
The proof will include all the information about your order, including artwork, pricing, finishing options and shipping information. You must approve this proof before your order will go into production. Your credit card will only be charged after you approve your order.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
2 Business Day Express:
Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

This Product is made in our Minnesota Facility ONLY.
The shipping cost is determined using the weight of the package and the shipping method that you select.
We also offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping will add an additional 1 - 3 days depending on where the package is being shipped to. Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
*During peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two depending on production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. Please order early and discuss your particular needs with our customer service representatives so we can meet your individual requirements.
