Outbound Shipping via UPSOur standard shipping method is UPS Ground Shipments. Please specify which shipping method you would like when placing your order if you need anything other than Ground Shipments. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside the Continental United States. ShippingYour banner will be shipped within 48 hours after the approval of your artwork. Please note that large quantity orders or oversized items may require longer production time. You will be notified of this when you place your order.

Additional InformationAfter your product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline you must request expedited shipping. Terms still apply to lost packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Please take shipping into consideration and order your banners early, not at the last minute. No refunds will be allowed because of shipping delays due to Acts of God or anything beyond our control. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned and then a replacement product will be sent. Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms the loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery. Please order early as we cannot control the delivery of your products after it leaves our production facility. |
