A full color process banner can say more in a matter of seconds than a banner full of words. Our digitally printed banners are printed on heavy-duty material utilizing the newest technology.
We print using the new Roland Eco-Sol that produces banners up to 1200 DPI with 3 year outdoor fade resistance, indoor life expectancy of 5 years. These banners come hemmed with grommets.

- All Prices above are for one sided banners. Two Sided banners are available for two and one half times the price.
- Discount pricing available on quantities of 25 or more.
- Please note sizes are listed height x width.
- 3' banners are finished at 33".
- Exact sizes can not be guaranteed as banners can fluctuate up to ½" per linear foot. Example: Finished size of a 12' (144") banner can be up to 6" short.
- Vertical banners are available upon request.
- Only Standard Colors & Printed Banners are available for RUSH.

Production Time
Standard production time is 2 days after artwork & payment approval.Rush Service is available for the following rates.
- Next Day Rush $20 per piece if artwork is approved by 2:00 pm cst.
- Same Day Rush $40 per piece if artwork is approved by 11:00 am cst.
**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.
Artwork Specs
Files that print the best are .eps or .ai (in version 10 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.We print in four color C,M,Y,K or six color C,M,Y,K,LC,LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R,G,B. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is being used. (This applies to vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up.
If a customer is concerned about their files final output we will be happy to do a test print for a nominal fee prior to final order if requested.
All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.
Proofs
Will be emailed for your approval within 4 business hours, if ordered Monday through Friday before 3:30 pm CST. Orders placed after 3:30 pm, will receive a proof by 12:00 noon on the following business day.Our orders are not checked throughout the weekend, however if you order your banner on Friday after 3:30pm CST or over the weekend, we guarantee you a proof by the following business day, 12:00 noon CST. Our business hours are 8:00 am — 5:00 pm CST.
Accuracy
We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on your final proof. However, we cannot guarantee color accuracy due to the variations of computer displays.Turnaround
Your banner will be shipped within 48 hours after the approval of your artwork.Guarantee
Our banners are made of heavy duty 13 oz scrim vinyl and can last several years outdoors. However, proper handling, installation, and storage are critical and out of our control. So we limit our guarantee to 90 days for any type of manufacturing defect or error.
Please Note
- Overnight orders that are completed ahead of schedule will ship using a method guaranteed for you to receive you order on time. No refund will be given in this case.
- Any order that has been processed through our accounting department cannot be edited in any way. If an edit is requested, there will be a $20 edit fee charge for each edit that needs to be made, however we can not guarantee that these edits will take place.
- Credits or refunds will be for the amount of the product purchased. Shipping costs are non refundable.

After product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline You must request expedited shipping, terms from the shipping company still apply to lost packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Order Early not Last Minute.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control, no refunds will be allowed because of shipping delays.
If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery
Again please order early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our facility.
