I do not normally add feedback regarding products I have ordered but my banner came the exact day I had expected it, just 10 days after I started the process of ordering the banner (ground shipping) and it looked even better than the proof!! The material is more durable than I had expected for the very low prices you offer. I received an e-mail with a tracking # and about an hour after my package was delivered I received another e-mail notifying me of that. I was also very surprised that the e-mails I received included a direct phone # to reach the service representative and he was very helpful. You are one of the few websites that goes above and beyond for the customer, thank you very very much!!
